The call for abstracts for contributed talks and posters in now closed

Authors willing to present a seminar or a poster are kindly asked to submit a short abstract. We particularly encourage abstracts related to the subjects of the topical sessions. All received abstracts will be reviewed by the session conveners and recommended for seminar or poster presentation. The abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts which will be distributed among the conference participants.

To submit an abstract please use one of the abstract templates:
MS Word template (recommended),
Open office template
and send it by e-mail to: zakopane-abstracts@ifj.edu.pl.

Abstracts must not exceed one page. The presenting author must be clearly stated. We kindly ask you to send your abstract in the orginal format (PDF files will not be accepted). You will receive a confirmation of abstract receipt.

Deadline for submission of abstracts is May 27, 2016

Acceptance of abstracts

Authors of seminars and posters selected for presentation will be notified of their abstract acceptance by email by June 16, 2016. Seminar length will be limited to 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). Authors of posters must be present at the conference to present and discuss their posters.

Proceedings

Invited talks, contributed seminars and posters will be a subject of a referee review and will be published in the March 2017 issue of Acta Physica Polonica B journal. Manuscripts for Conference Proceedings are due October 15, 2016.
