The registration for the Conference will be open from March until July 10, 2016.

Since the number of single rooms available at the hotel and the overall number of participants which can be accommodated is limited we encourage you to register early.

You will receive a confirmation message after registering. Once your registration is accepted by the organizers, your name will appear on the list of registered participants.

Payments

For the cost of participation, terms of payment and other relevant information please see the Participation tab. Payments should be made not later than July 15, 2015. After that date an additional late fee will apply.
